Course description
1. Requirements of the educational program.
The study of the academic discipline involves the mastery of the acquirers:
a) general competencies: ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis; the ability to identify, pose and solve problems.
b) professional competencies: the ability to provide methodological support for the educational activities of the preschool education institution; the ability to psychologically and pedagogically guide the personal development of children of early and preschool age, in particular, children with special educational needs; readiness to organize financial and economic activities of preschool education institutions; the ability to understand trends in education, to be able to recognize their potential results and consequences in order to improve the content of the training of pedagogical personnel.
2. Expected learning outcomes.
After studying the academic discipline, the applicant will: know and apply the legal framework for the analysis of current problematic issues of preschool education; to critically consider the conceptual principles, goals, tasks, and principles of preschool education in Ukraine; analyze the state of solving the problems of pedagogical influence on the development, upbringing and education of preschool children in modern scientific research, ways of solving the leading problems of preschool education in the conditions of modern Ukrainian realities; be able to analyze, forecast, plan the organization of the educational process in a preschool education institution, taking into account the principles of child-centeredness, health care, inclusion, developmental learning, a person-oriented approach, subject-subject interaction; solve practical tasks in the field of organization and management of preschool education based on the development and analysis of professionally important knowledge; to coordinate various aspects of the activities of the preschool education institution.
