Scientific Interests: mechanisms of physical and cognitive performance development in athletes; theory and methodology of physical education for students; fundamentals of sports training; peculiarities of teaching methods in sports tourism; peculiarities of teaching methods in athletics; functional state of athletes’ bodies; healthy lifestyle.

From 1997 to 2002, studied at Lviv State Institute of Physical Culture.
From 2002 to 2012, worked at Children and Youth Sports School “Kolos”.
Since 2012, working as a lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Successfully coaching the university’s sports tourism team.
Responsible for sports and mass activities at the Faculty of Physical Education.
Organized and conducted sports and mass events:
Spartakiad among sports tourism and athletics students;
Events: “Physical Culture and Sports Day,” “University Day,” “International Student Day.”
