Research interests

innovative teaching methods for elementary school subjects; remedial (correctional) andragogy; special psycho-pedagogy; preparation of future teachers for professional activity in the conditions of inclusive education.



Kirovohrad State Pedagogical Institute named after O.S. Pushkin; majored in: Pedagogy and Methods of Elementary (primary) Education (1979-1983)

Kamyanets-Podilskyi National University named after Ivan Ohienko; majored in: Teacher of Special (auxiliary) School, Oligophrenopedagogist (2005-2008)

Postgraduate studies at the Institute of Special Pedagogics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2006-2009). In 2009 she defended her Ph.D. thesis: “Development of coherent speech of junior schoolchildren with mental retardation by means of fine arts” (research advisor – Dr. Kolupayeva A.A.).



In 1977, started working as a a laboratory assistant at the Department of Human Anatomy and Physiology of the Faculty of Physical Education, Kirovohrad State Pedagogical Institute.

After graduating from the Pedagogical Institute, worked as an elementary school teacher, Deputy Director at the Poltava Schools No. 20, 21, Kirovohrad Schools No. 8, 9, Secondary School “Mriya”, Kirovohrad Oblast Institute of Postgraduate Education named after Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi.

Since 2013, has worked as an Associate Professor of the Department of Special Education and Inclusion, Faculty of Pedagogical Education, I.Franko National University of Lviv.
