Students of Lviv University are invited to participate in the courses of Charles University (Prague)

Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and Charles University in Prague are committed to intensifying cooperation at all structural levels. The universities have not only become partners in the Eastern Partnership Cluster University initiative but have also taken organizational steps to find common ground in teaching and research at the departmental level.

On the part of Charles University, the Department Pre-primary and Primary Education Department is interested in the work of the Department of Primary and Preschool Education at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Since November 2022, the administrations of the departments have been negotiating to organize common events (binary lectures, seminars).  Special attention is paid to the conditions and issues of organizing the educational environment in wartime and new challenges for education in wartime.

The involvement of students in educational and academic activities is one of the strongest cornerstones of the departments’ cooperation. We were pleased to receive an offer from the Charles University Department for Lviv University students to register for online courses.

The Department Pre-primary and Primary Education Department (Faculty of Education, Charles University) is open to full online participation for students in the following courses:

Students will be able to actively participate in the hybrid sessions, and academicians will try to accommodate students so that they can complete the course and receive the proper number of credits.

An online meeting with the coordinators will be organized to clarify the conditions of the courses.
