Course description

The purpose of the course: to develop the skills and abilities of perfect mastery of the Ukrainian literary language in the professional sphere, to increase the level of communicative competence of future social pedagogues and social workers.

Course tasks:

• practical mastery of the norms of the modern Ukrainian literary language;
• free use of functional styles and their sub-styles in educational activities and professional use;
• assimilation of information about the purpose, structure, linguistic features of business documents, development of skills in their drafting;
• acquiring the skills of operating with professional terminology, editing and correcting professional texts,
• development of communicative competences necessary for teachers’ professional communication.
