Course description

The main purpose of the course “Modern Leadership Technologies”, developed for first-year master’s students, speciality 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences, is to acquaint future specialists with the basics of designing, organising and implementing modern leadership technologies – the ability to awaken people’s dreams, to which they will approach, to “breathe” into them the energy necessary for movement, which allows all participants in the educational process to develop leadership skills and improve communication skills, open up additional opportunities for

The course “Modern Leadership Technologies” is designed to form and develop a number of competencies in masters, in particular: the ability to holistically analyse and evaluate concepts and theories, develop and interpret them in the context of modern goals and objectives of pedagogical science, the laws of the educational process that form the basis of modern theoretical pedagogical knowledge; the ability to purposefully form and deepen the relevant qualities and skills, organise professional actions of a higher education teacher.
