Course description

The course is designed for master’s students of the Faculty of Physics.
The purpose of teaching the educational discipline “Pedagogy of Higher Education” is to develop students of the personal concept of pedagogical activity in the institution of higher education that is
the basis of pedagogical knowledge and skills.
The main tasks of studying the discipline of Pedagogy of Higher Education are:
 formation of students’ knowledge of the main provisions of modern philosophy of education;
 formation of knowledge, abilities and skills in the organization of the educational process in higher education school;
 acquisition by students of the ability to analyze educational and educational situations in higher education and making pedagogically appropriate decisions;
 formation of students’ personal attitude to humanistic values a teacher of a higher school and a conceptual vision of one’s own teaching activity.
