The purpose of teaching the educational discipline “Physical Education” is:

the harmonious, moral-willed and physical development of the individual, the formation of the need for physical education and sports,  development of the skills of  leading a healthy lifestyle, teaching and improving the technique of health-improving types of motor activity, increasing the level of physical and psychological preparedness of the students.
