Scientific interests:

theory and methods of physical education of students; mechanisms of formation of physical and mental capacity of athletes; increasing the effectiveness of the educational process of students by means of physical education; use of means of sports orientation in physical training of students; physical activity and its influence on human mental health.

In 2001, I entered the Lviv Institute of Physical Culture at the Department of physical education, majoring in ski racing, additionally  got engaged in sports orienteering and achieved the candidate’s for ”master of sports“  standards in sports orienteering on skis.

In 2005, I received a specialist diploma.

In 2006, I completed my master’s degree with honors and received a higher education in the specialty “physical education” and obtained the qualification of Master of Physical Education and Science,  a university teacher.

Since 2006, I have been working as a teacher at the Department of Physical Education and Sports at Ivan Franko Lviv National Universit
