Course description
The expected learning outcomes are a combination of competences in the field of social project management, which provide the ability to:
- identify social problems and needs, find new approaches to meet the demands of the community in accordance with the priorities of its development strategy
- formulate the components of a project concept, namely: the purpose of a project, project stakeholders, their needs and requirements for the project product, project solutions, expected results, the main types of project activities and the stages of project implementation, necessary resources, risks, and factors for ensuring the sustainability of project outcomes
- evaluate the elements of a social project concept and provide recommendations for its improvement
- communicate and exchange experience with other course participants
- apply project management practices in their further professional activities
