Optimization of students’ motor activity during exercising for health; theory and methodologies for physical education of students; basics of sports training; peculiarities of handball training methods; functional state of athletes’ bodies; healthy lifestyles.

From 1983 to 1987, I was studying at Brovary School of Higher Sportsmanship, the Department of Athletics. In 1985, I was transferred to the Department of Handball.

In 1986, I was invited to join Lviv Impuls (Impulse) handball team of the first league.

In 1988, I entered Lviv State Institute of Physical Education.

In 1990, I joined Leninakan handball team of the first league in the Republic of Armenia. In 1991, the team became the champion of Armenia.

I have been working at Lviv Ivan Franko National University, the Department of Physical Education, since 1994.

I am successfully coaching both male and female university handball teams. I am also responsible for the sports and mass work at the Faculty of History, organising its collective teams for the participation in Spartakiads among university students and employees.

I am a Master of Sports in handball.

I have the following awards:

world champion and medalist in Dragon boat rowing (Masters) in 2019;

European champion and medalist in Dragon boat rowing ( Masters) in 2019;

Ukrainian champion and medalist in Dragon boat rowing ( Masters) from 2019 to 2022;

Galicia Cup international badminton tournament champion (Masters) in 2014;

Galician Walruses outdoor winter swimming tournament champion in Ternopil in 2019 and 2020.

Both male and female university handball teams take third places at Lviv Universiads under my leadership.
