In 1989, I finished Lviv School of Higher Sportsmanship and became a Master of Sports of the USSR in kayaking and canoeing.
From 1989 to 1993, I was studying at Lviv State Institute of Physical Education.
I have been a lecturer at Lviv Ivan Franko National University, the Department of Physical Education and Sports, since 1994. In 2000, I became a senior lecturer of the Department.In 1989, I finished Lviv School of Higher Sportsmanship and became a Master of Sports of the USSR in kayaking and canoeing.
From 1989 to 1993, I was studying at Lviv State Institute of Physical Education.
I have been a lecturer at Lviv Ivan Franko National University, the Department of Physical Education and Sports, since 1994. In 2000, I became a senior lecturer of the Department.
In 2009, I became a Master of Sports of Ukraine in sports tourism.

Awards:

a world champion and medalist in Dragon boat rowing (Masters) in 2019;

a European champion and medalist in Dragon boat rowing ( Masters) in 2019;

a Ukrainian champion and medalist in Dragon boat rowing ( Masters) in 2019 – 2022;

a champion of Ukraine in water tourism in 2009;

a commemorative plaque for the best organisation of sports and mass work at the Faculty of Economics in 2017 – 2019.
