Research interests
Scientific interests (theoretical and methodological foundations of physical education of students: recreational types of gymnastics, fitness technologies, healthy lifestyle, healthy eating, health-saving competence).
Biography
Studied:
from 1992 to 1997 at the Ivan Franko State University of Lviv at the Faculty of Slavic Philology, specialty Polish language and literature, after which she was awarded the qualification of a specialist: philologist, teacher of Polish, Ukrainian languages and literatures, translator;
from 2000 to 2002 at the Drohobych State Pedagogical University named after Ivan Franko at the Faculty of Postgraduate Education in the specialty: pedagogy and methods of secondary education, physical culture, after which he was awarded the qualification of a specialist: teacher of physical culture and valeology;
from 2019 to the present in the postgraduate course of the Lviv State University of Physical Culture named after Ivan Bobersky, specialty 017 – physical culture and sports. Dissertation topic: “Formation of health-saving competence of female students during fitness classes”.
Worked:
from 1997 to 2000 at Lviv secondary school No 93 as a teacher of Polish;
from 2000 to present at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of Ivan Franko Lviv National University as a master of industrial training (2000-2003), teacher (2003-2007), senior lecturer (since 2007);
Since 2010 he has been acting deputy head. Department of Organizational and Educational Work. Every year organizes and conducts:
– reporting sports evening in order to celebrate the sports achievements of students and their scientific and pedagogical staff of the department, which prepare students for participation in competitions;
– physical culture and mass holiday “Healthy Family” in order to attract employees and their families to active physical education and a healthy lifestyle;
– students’ march on November 1 to the Yaniv cemetery in order to commemorate the formation of the ZUNR and honor the memory of the heroes of the UGA and UPA;
– permanent lecture “Health of generations”.
