Psychophysiological adaptation of students’ bodies under intense muscular activity; theory and methodology for physical education of students; the fundamentals of sports training; peculiarities of table tennis teaching methods; the functional state of an athlete’s body; healthy lifestyle.

In 1989, I finished Lviv Secondary School # 21. From 1989 to 1993, I was studying at Lviv State Institute of Physical Education. After that, from 1993 to 1994, I worked as a coach at Lviv Children and Youth Sports School # 1. From 1994 to 1995, I served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I have been working as a lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of Lviv Ivan Franko National University since 1995. In 2015, I became a senior lecturer of the Department. I have been successfully training both male and female table tennis university teams all these years.

I am a Candidate for the Master of Sports in table tennis.

Awards: I was a winner of regional table tennis competitions among professors and teaching staff of higher educational establishments in 2007 and 2008.
