General research issue to study – philosophical and psychological foundations of education.

Education:
Tsiura (Laba) Svitlana Bohdanivna graduated from Ivan Franko National University of  Lviv (History faculty) in 1986 and until 1993 she studied at the postgraduate course of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 1999 she defended the dissertation thesis on the topic “The idea of Ukrainian national school in the pedagogical media of Western Ukrainian lands at the second half of the 19^th – beginning of the 20^th centuries” (Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian University).

Experience:
1978-1983 she was a secondary school teacher at Lopushnianska, Liubeshkivska and Sernykivska schools of Peremyshliany district, Lviv region.

Since 1983 she was a laboratory assistant at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Ivan Franko National University of  Lviv. Simultaneously she taught History and Jurisprudence at Sernykivska secondary school, Peremyshliany district and Lviv vocational school №53 (1993-1996)

Since 1992 he had been working as an Assistant of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

Since 1994 till now she has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of General and Social Pedagogy at Ivan Franko Nation al University of Lviv. Besides, she has been teaching some pedagogical courses at Lviv Medical Institute and the Ukrainian Catholic University.
