Course description

The main objective of the course “Formation of leadership qualities of
is to familiarise future specialists with the main issues of the theory and practice of
of leadership. The course “Formation of leadership qualities of a personality” is designed to
clarifying the essence of the concepts of “leader” and “leadership qualities”; helping students to master
the relevant skills and abilities to create an effective organisational culture
and management, training of a socially active personality through the formation of
appropriate leadership qualities
